The 1st Professional Year of BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) is designed to provide students with a foundational understanding of Ayurveda, covering essential subjects like Padartha Vigyan, Rachana Sharir (Anatomy), Kriya Sharir (Physiology) which offer insights into the structure and function of the human body from both Ayurvedic and modern perspectives.
